errrr... it doesnt work like that.
it is a button to include quotes from different posts.
press "+QUOTE" in 3 different post, and hit the "NEW REPLY" button at the bottom. you'll see 3 quotes in your new reply.

PS. freedie, tks, j/k only above but point is, why hv d button at all? Not really useful or understood by majority (man, I had to read ur post a few times b4 I got it freddie... I hope a lot of folks hv more patience to try to understand this feature... I wanted to ignore or give up ady but, hey, I thot I shld bring this up).
