In case you're wondering how the Diamond ranking works, here's each rank's requirement.

No Diamond < 25 post
1 Diamond > 25 posts
2 Diamonds > 50 posts
3 Diamonds > 100 posts
4 Diamonds > 250 posts
5 Diamonds > 500 posts
6 Diamonds > 1000 posts
7 Diamonds > 2500 posts
8 Diamonds > 5000 posts

Then i add 7 diamonds for 2k, 8 diamonds for 4k...etc.

some nice graphics display of the diamonds will encourage even more post. hehe

The diamonds are there, but then to see them, u have to lose the LGTC tag...

I saw the ranks diamond, i thought i can get my fift star, then, celaka right away when i saw the requirements....a freaking >500 posts!!!!!! My fift star became a star on my head! Hehehhehe...
It's nice to see how many stars, but then again , the purpose is really to share and learn with other members!

I'm not in sales line actually, just to say that if work sales job got quata and here also got quota only. I am in the finance field.
