i start hearing about the price increase of Lancer GT since end of 2007, and also the offer of GLS, wat its really surprising me was even the sales person in Mitsubishi showroom also telling me the same thing, i just wonder y Mitsubishi Malaysia keep on let this kinda negative rumours sprading around, by even supply the GLS model witout official announce it.

This really caused alot of serious buyer start reconsider about placing their bookin. Actually i think alot of August 2007 bookin already got their ride and this is not really a very bad deliver time. Even Toyota and Honda hot model also need such long waiting period. The worst thing is Mitsubishi sales person themself have no confident on the deliver date by pushing all those GLS with just around 1k less by also keep on telling ppl the price will increase without a exact date.

Another sad case about Mitsubishi is they don even have a proper service centre, by just sharing service center wit Proton (or should i say is EON, which both of them are related). Even korean car like KIA or recently Cherolet also having such big 3S center in KL. Why Mitsubishi still doin with such low image way.

Personally i've no doubt all wit the quality of Mitsubishi. Just i hope they can really do something by changing their such bad image to Malaysia market. 2404_worship.gif

agree... but it does not reflect the car quality, it is MMC service quality does not reflect their 5S - Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke.

as stated many times before in the forum the price increase will only be in force after Sep 2008, so if u planning to get one, u better get it now be it the GLS or the GT.

regarding the service center, its not a MUST for u to go to EON even though they have the biggest dealer and service network.

u can visit the independent authorized dealers like TL Mac in Shah Alam, their service is much better and u don't have to wait that long as compared to Glenmarie EON. Just ask the other members who have done their service there...

MMM does not want GLS to have same problem as GT i.e. HUGE demand, not enough supply; this would happen if MMM officially launch GLS.
