last time like 10 years back, ini secondary school, does the softcore xc... just got customer who do dh... he ask me to lose weight with him... but problem is, going up hill also got problem liao... dh brake tak makan babe...

My ride: Scott Scale 60 2006, upgrade fork, crankset, hydro disc brake, wheelset, shifter, FD, RD, pedals, cassette, chain (max up to XT parts only)...... so far already damage about 5k.

i have a GT 3.0 ALL-TERRAIN mountain bike. Bought it last month so that i can cycle ard my neighbourhood...
24 speed and disc brake front n back...GT frame is well known for its ridginity...
costs me rm1900 include the rear lED lights n lock

Putra Height Bukit Cermin and Bukit Kiara heaven for downhill.

I always ride FRIM, RRI, Batu Dam, Saujana Elmina, Tasik Puteri etc. Other trail in KL area Kemensah, Tasik Puteri, Sungai Pusu, Kajang, Bukit Dinding more hardcore genting sempah, frazer hill, cameron...

Thx! Usually the tyre width is about 20mm that I am using now, but there's thinner little bit that it's not suitable for my casual ride. My frame, handle bar, stem, rims are all made of CF.Wow...i anticipate a tough climb, will train harder for it.

When I went cycling last weekend, my bike turned into an automatic :S My worst fears were confirmed. Hub KO'd. Dropped the bike off at KSH to get the Hubs replaced. Hope II Pro hubs. Loud as h*ll ;)

Going to collect my bike after work tonight so that I can ride this weekend!
