15 cars from the Lancer GT Club had a great day last Sunday morning. A drive to Gohtong Jaya via Ulu Yam and then right to the top of Genting for a photoshoot session.

After lunch at the Bentong R&R, some members left for home and work but the rest continued to the 2nd phase of the trip up to Bukut Tinggi.

Greetings from Swift Club Malaysia! First of all, I just wanted to express my admiration on how well organised ur club is and the Lancer is one of the cars I hope to purchase in the new future. I was up in Genting over the weekend, staying in First World Hotel and just as I was about to check out of my room, I came across your group's photo session. Took some shots all the way from my room in the 19th floor in First World Hotel. Papparazzi spy shots!

The cars looks like toycars that we have.. and the people look like ants...

It was a whole lot smaller without the zoom. Could barely make up the details of the car. Just happens I love the Lancer and would recognise the car anywhere, no matter how small The first picture was at 100% optical zoom using Canon S5 IS. The banner shots were at maximum 31x digital zoom.

Had a tough time taking the shots coz just as the cars were moving into position, the clouds came in and couldn`t see anything! Will post those shots when I blank off their number plates.

this are the shots we were wondering about yesterday, how to get nice shots from above...even suggested for nits to climb up a lamp post for a semi arial shot, but he said last time he could not even climb a small tree

Well, we meet up on Fridays too but erratic. SCM is made up of sub-divisions (ie KL Swifters, Kaze) and these divisions hold their TTs more often than the official TT. We're in the midst of appointing a new committee so at the moment, no real activities going on for the next 1 month. But rest assured, we're always open to a meet-up. Thanks to all the warm welcomes!
