basically non essential sections eg. front desk, other interest, market place and paddock area all posts not counted... this means u have to posts meaningful posts to up ur rank... helping other members and promoting the club is encouraged hence in these section the posts counts...

the above is quoted from here that also explains the ranking system.

Just post EVERYWHERE like me la!

quality of postings is important.

the post counts are supposed to encourage positive contributions. not just empty tcss.

its not a perfect system but those who use these forums reguarly can tell the difference a TCSS member and those who post when they have positive contribution.

Thank you kindly Bro Ettan28 and Bro Terion for the clarification. Now I know what TCSS means. All these while I've been trying to figure out what it means by linking the phrase with the sentence it is used in...not successful. Nevertheless, now I know la. Thank you very much ya Bros thumbsup.gif

Eldiablo,
To further improve the system, may I suggest a demerit fine for persistant TCSS posts.
This will reduce the level of clutter posted and further encourage positive contributions.
Based on the level of clutter (ok, rubbish, in simple english) posted, moderator can notify member and deduct demerit points/fine.
Additionally, when an exceptionally beneficial post is made, (eg JL's seriously informative posts), bonus round points should be added.

TCSS is cool. TCSS is enjoyable. TCSS IS LGTC.

It is easy to look for "positive contributions", bypassing all the TCSS posts in a thread.

However, I see the point about folks here that does nothing except TCSS. But then it doesn't bother me, I just bypass their TCSS posts in a "serious" thread.
