Err... Seems that player actually gives the programme the number the player is thinking of when the player answers the third question. Let me explain:
The first question asks the player to pick a colour which has the number the player is thinking of. Each colour has five numbers associated with it. The third question then asks the player to pick a house which has the number in it. There are five houses and each of the five numbers associated with the colour selected in the first question are placed so that there is only one number in each house from the colour that was selected. By selecting the house that contains the number that the player is thinking off the programme basically cross references the colour selected in the first question with the house selected to determine which number the player is thinking off. The rest of the questions are just distractions to prevent the player from making the connection.
For example: the colour green is associated with the numbers 9, 12, 16, 23, 25. The player selects green during the first question and in the third question the numbers are distributed into five house, say 9 in the first house, 12 in the second, 16 in the third and so on. So if the player is thinking of 9 and proceed to select the first house then the player has already given the answer to the programme because it is the only number from the green set that is in that house.
yeah bro...was thinking the same...
