Too bad it is a Kia... got to admit its look is hot, as hot as our Lancer
Lexus IS250-like rear light, headlight is kinked like ours... and 1 thing more garang than ours, the 2 BIG BIG fog-light air ducts

Headlights are more Civic-like than our Lancer la...
The rear is just so-so-boring only, nothing special.
The rated 2.0L spec is about on-par with our Lancer and Civic. Good to to have those 3 different model choices tho'.
Don't look down on KIA la.

its good to see their new design direction under influence of their new head designer - Peter Schreyer.
apparently he's the one who penned designs such as the original audi TT and current VW beetle...

You can check out Forte's review in the last Sunday Times Motor segment... Price for 1.6 should be lower than City/VIOS...

I think the Forte is a bit more accesible than the Lancer in terms of looks. It just looks more "unisex" (for lack of a better word). Has about the same specs (power-wise) than the Lancer and KIA is moving up.
The entire range of Mitsu cars seems to have a common look. Generic design looks wear out pretty fast in my opinion.

very interesting car. If I was shopping for a car will surely consider this. Performances, specs and price.
The 2.0 might even challenge the lancer since the engine output is abt the same and half the kerb weight.

Compare to our national car, Korean car industry start way later then us yet you all see today they can ome out such a nice car which even can compete with the Japanese car. Our POTONG, sign....., who will consider Perdana as compare to Forte? If not with the help of (or tooo protected) NAP, GOD know what future our national car have?
