This is what happens.I went to legend ss2 last week to ask for panasonic plasma x10 and s10 price. a salesperson called lian quoted me rm3200 for x10 without freebies and rm3500 for s10 without the bdplayer. i say i want the s10,paid them a deposit of rm200 and they say they will send me the stock within 2 working days.

After 2 days still nobody calls me to arrange a delivery, so I called them, they say they forgot about my order, so fine, i say nevermind i wait another 2 more days....

After 2 days they called me and say there are good shortage for S10, ask me to take x10 instead which they have stock in hand. i insist I wanted the S10, so fine they say they will order but it will take time.

One day later, someone from legend (a woman) called my mobile and say they will deliver the goods to me tomorrow at 2pm. i say i am at work not available at home to sign and collect, only my maid is there. I ask to reschedule but the woman raised her voice says there aren't any other time! They are fully packed for the month!! Either 2pm or wait till next month! I have no choice but to ask my maid to accept delivery and pay them a cheque of the remaining amount. Is this how they treat their customer who paid deposit already?

When I reach home from work on friday, I was shocked to find that they shipped me a x10 instead of s10. The box was resealed and in bad condition. i learn from this forum to check the display time, it was used for 88 hours and turn on and off for 56 time.It was over 10pm that day so I didn't managed to call them that same nite. I call lian next day at 10am to complain about it, he told me in an annoying tone that x10 and s10 is the same la, he say i'm lucky that he charge me 3.5k for x10 with free digicam because the normal price is rm4k++!!!! I told him BS i saw the advertisement and it was only 3.6k he insist that was the old price.... lian say that he is bz serving other customer that he will have to call me back. he never did, i went to his shop because i was p*ssed and complained at them, but few staff which looks like gangster surrounded me and starring at me asking what is the problem here??? i was scared but told them i wanted to see lian and told them the story! lian came down after 30 minutes from upstair, i say i want a refund, he said he will only take the unit back now for 2k because it is considered 2nd hand. i was forced to keep my plasma in the end.

guys, stay away from LEGEND ss2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wah so i guess its better to pay a bit more to get better service then to buy from the cheapest place and to get this kind of lousy service...

i think can if u push the back seat down... but depends also la how many inch the LCD u beli... if 42" i think probably have to get rid of the box or tear it up a bit than can fit...

i bought my 32" cash and carry from them and they even deducted 40 bucks more because i carry it myself.

alot of ppl buy fr this shop..thats y i wan to warn members

they used to be quite good....until a few good salesman left

how u carried ur 32" inch? fit at the back seats or from the boot with the back seats down?

bro econ....u can complain the shop ma.......like this is cheating case oready.......can sue them 1.......u can call china press they got a department to letting ppl make complain de........sure can get the money bckyup true.......dun let the basta*rd sleep nicely.....

my case is water heater ..they didnt tell me DC pump is less powerful (or issit AC pump)...so in the end my shower punya pressure not as i expected!

i think shd complain to the mca or rocket...then publish to newspaper..let all ppl know it..

if 42" i think can fit from the boot with seats down.

last year i buy panasonic 32" inch, can fit in the boot with the back seats down..

go and report to tribunal pengguna.... ur water heater also can...

I was almost con there as well. At the end I purchase all my AV system from my cousin's shop. Not that the cheapest but reliable :D

Tis is terrible leh... like tis can happen?! Pay for new TV but receive wrong model and somemore it is USED...

who said they are cheapest? Most of the time I go next next door one... cash & carry there among the cheapest... of coz no freebies loe...

This is real rip-off shop... either you complaint to the management and get FULL refund or contact the most powerfull consumer asscociation... The CA Penang... They sure will follow up case for you but the problem is this shop is in PJ... but you can try, no harm...

Legend@OKR is good...price cheap and reliable so far....

bro how u actaully check the display time and how many times on or off? I actually bought a lot of my stuff from them also, services etc was ok la not that super great but so far so good with me, maybe because sales person f..ck up and u are the unlucky one The boss is call Alan and maybe you want me to go see him together with you and hope i can help a bit but no promises!

The price they quote is cheap.....but sometimes they say no stock bal bla bla...next door is megatronik..price ok...ppl not so frenly..LH electrical (same row but nearer YS foto) i find it better...frenly and honest with recommendations...

Just for info, 42" with box cannot fit with rear seats down. How to say...... horizontal flat cannot go straight, bumper high, rear seat frame low, seat down still high...... may can if you open the box.

I have carry panasonic 42" with box on rear seat... ngam ngam need to becareful almost scretch leather (plus my wife and three kids in the car)

Keep whatever paperworks documenting the purchase/delivery etc. Report to Tribunal Pengguna. You can even do it on line. It's very effective for disputes of transactions below RM25,000.

How about electrical appliances hypermarkets selling? (etc GIANT, Tesco, Carrefour)

I managed to carry my toshiba regza RV500 42" LCD without box... umm umm fit my Lancer rear RECARO seat... :P

just nice to fit, plus i tilt down my passenger side RECARO seat to hold it... d*mn secure... all the way back from LDP also no problem la....
