Apple just introduced the new "upgraded" iPhone. They name it iPhone 3G S. S stands for speed.

Very interesting upgrade done by Apple:
1. The fastest phone ever - now you can surf the web with the speed of lightning.

2. Video - now (only now?) you can shoot video. Not only that, you can also edit it and share it. Hmmmm interesting.... Again...only now?

3. 3 megapixel camera - now this is a plus point. Other mobile phones used to have 3mp camera like what...2, 3 years ago?

4. Voice control. This is interesting. Voice Control recognizes the names in your Contacts and knows the music on your iPod. So if you want to place a call or play a song, all you have to do is ask. Bagus ni....

5. Digital compass. For those who are always lost and don't have any sense of direction.

6. Cut, copy & paste. You can cut, copy, and paste words and photos, even between applications. Copy and paste images and content from the web, too. Microsoft mobile dah lama dah ada ni....

7. Landscape keyboard. Woooo...this is something new for Apple. A major breakthrough!!! But not for Microsoft mobile. Ancient history already.

8. Now you can forward you sms to others. YEAAAYYYYYY.....FINALLY....after 2 years.

9. Search function. Find what you’re looking for across your iPhone, all from one convenient place. Spotlight searches all your contacts, email, calendars, and notes, as well as everything in your iPod. Great. One stop search centre.

10. Accessability. iPhone 3G S offers accessibility features to assist users who are visually or hearing impaired. These features include the VoiceOver screen reader, a Zoom feature, White on Black display options, Mono Audio, and more. Interesting. The blind and the deaf can now use mobile phones. Good. Phone lain tak de lagi nih.

11. Internet tethering. Now you can share the 3G connection on your iPhone with your Mac notebook or PC laptop. Cayalahhhh....Other phones have this function like 3 years ago??? But of course not with Mac la kan. Only with PC or laptop only. iPhone can do it with Mac....wooooo greattttt.

12. Voice memos. Capture and share a thought, a memo, a meeting, or any audio recording on the go with the new Voice Memos application. I donno what's the use of this app. But great function though

13. Nike + iPod. iPhone includes built-in Nike + iPod support. Just slip the Nike + iPod Sensor (available separately) into your Nike + shoe and start your workout. Great. LG will copy - Power + iPod.

14. Stocks. I believe this is just an upgrade version from the previous one. Other phones imitate this. But I believe iPhone's better.

15. Youtube. Similar to the old ones. Nothing much. And yeah...Apple started it. Others just jump on the band wagon.

16. Video call. TARAKKKKKKK.

17. Bluetooth file transfer. TARAKKKKKK. Maybe you need to install the apps. It doesn't come factory fitted.

All in all, I guess Apple has done a significant upgrade on its iPhone. But I think they ter-forget about the video call and bluetooth file transfer. It's ok. We can wait for another 2 years....

Pocket PC does not only use Windows Mobile. I Think now they have other OS to to run Pocket PC. That Google Phone is using some kind of OS. I forgot what's it's called. So far WM works fine for me. No complains.

I believe Apple OS too is good. I never say iPhone is not good. Only they lack some apps which other brands have. If and only if, iPhone has the apps that HTC HD has, I will definitely switch.

the only thing that i was disappointed with iphone 3gs... apple hasnt solve their issue with macromedia... Others...
1) bluetooth transfer... got 3rd party software...
2) hsdpa... 3g should be good enough for me...
3) videocall... good to hv but its not compulsory to me..

I heard Samsung came out with 10mp. SMS fowarding baru July nanti ada for iPhone. Other phones dah ada 4-5 tahun lepas dah. I donno this new iPhone can do Contact search ke tak. because I heard (donno true or not) you have to scroll the whole list of contacts to find your desired contact. Just imagine if your desired contact starts with Z and you have 300 contacts stored in your iPhone. As for WM, it can do name search and go straight to your desired contact no.

And the list doesn't stop here. It's just that aku malas nak tulis lagi. nanti Falcon marah....hahahahah. Cabuttttttsssssss.
