neep help here.........dun noe y my laptop got problem cant view video.........asking to install flash player but when install fp mention wanna closing fire fox...........dun noe where to close lo.....

samueltong, pls mention the version numbers and OS version if you want some feedback. also you made no mention if you have the same problem using IE.

best bet is to update the versions used as part of troubleshooting to fix any potential bugs.

im just using ff only cos ie made me more trouble......

samueltong, close firefox means its asking u to quit firefox la.. u need to close/exit/quit firefox b4 the installer can install the flash player correctly.

if u really dun know how to close firefox, click on File on the menu and select Exit...

yupe... it's bcos u might be running the old version of flash programme when ur browser is up... so when the flash needs to be updated... u'll hv to close/exit ur browser.
