we have a new banner which is higher hence it will block the forum menu since its reading the old css.
To solve this please clear ur browser's cache and reload the forum.

only experienced it once but now it's ok.. 
If i look at the new BG for a long time, I can get stoned or dizzy or get hallucinations.
