last nite tried to update to 2.8......then while reaching the updating database part they showed 0% progress....left overnight still same (seems to have hanged)...have turn it off but havent try restarting (coz its at esther house and no 1 is free to reboot it).....hope nothign is wrong

sigh i forgot terence mention to me to update the thing using flash drive instead of wifi..

so i was updating using wifi..not sure if thats the cause..........

now crossing fingers...updates when i go home today.......

this morning still progress still 0%...then off liao but esther bro no time turn it on (coz in her house not mine)...so later go back see..if can restart then should be no issue...if not .......

but check on lowyat...few fellas almost similar symptoms...they restart ok..so i really hope ok ...

Most case i read on the Net say got recovery system ...and could restart.......i will only know later....wish me luck!

Wah, I also everytime update using WiFi la... now I scared to update to 2.8 (I'm at the last version, I think 2.76, right?)... how big is the download from 2.76 to 2.8 ah?

dload the update fr WWW to pen drive then update fr there...safer!

just complete the version 2.8 upgrade thru wifi... very fast le... not even 20 mins done already... i think the file size is around 100MB since it is not a major upgrade...

but weirdly mine still on 2.76 still can go online... already download 2.8 on my thumbdrive, just need to install it...
