Warning : 308 TH have big unresolved issues.
There are 2 issues which are unresolved. These issues need Peugeot to admit that the car is in fact a defect.
1) Use of V-Power desintegrates the engines (if you see 308 TH break downs, you know why). Word is warranty void if you use V-Power. Imagine a engine blow out at highway speed.
2) Alignment issues : Veering to the left due to fixed camber nut. Defect in design. Warranty void if you attempt to fix it at 3rd party premises. Imgine a car spin if you do an emergency brake at highway speed.
AW has been censoring these problems from the public, just to protect their self interest.
Looks like apart from the AL4, these issues are what Peugeot deem irrelevant.
THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR LIVES.
BE WARNED.

For the alignment, you'll know when you test drive. It is very obvious.

so the turbo is not going to last long if using v-power? or the engine itself?

i wonder if the MINI also has the same problem since its using basically the same 1.6l engine...

Either they do not know or they have vested interest.
Pop right over, our good buddy has one white 308 TH with panoramic roof.

the engine cant bare the v power fuel. what the course of that? the mixture in fuel it self or the engine cant bare the pressure that much? this consider serious matter. this car i think the car is a total failure.

any links that explain why these issues are big problems?
cant imagine vpower giving issue as its additive, not exactly jet fuel and available in many countries.
ah, i guess our mutual friend already received his brand new ride... :)

Aiyah, guess what...my Lancer also got the pulling left problem despite going for alignment many times even in our partner shop in USJ. Decided to give it a rest and live with it unless someone says they can fix the problem for sure.

My advice, change partner :)
This time, take a camera, and when you are doing the alignment at the new shop, take a picture of the computer alignment screen of the existing setup and post here.

my friend just got a new 308 and I asked him about this. He said his car memang has some alignment problem. Very obvious while he driving on Federal Highway. But he said it runs OK in V power.

the guy clocked more than 20k kms. Battery life is dependent on usage - not just how many months.
just buy the battery from outside and install it at SC la. Not a major issue.
if MMM flew batteries in from Japan it might cost us similar figure too.

Yup, I believe all Peugeot come with this 95/98 RON label... meaning 95 RON minimum, 98 RON recommended
