Is anyone on Celcom network experiencing an outage? My office's Celcom lines have been all down since early afternoon. I tried calling Celcom but couldn't get through their 1-300 number.

yup...i noticed this afternoon...me phone gone crazy...but now its ok...that time i check i was at tapah...now me at kemaman...the celcom is working fine...

confirm it went cacat.... around 2+.. .can call out..but cant receive any call... any other netwrk also cant reach them..

Mine cannot call out and cannot receive calls. Still like this at the moment.

Celcom should at least make an announcement on their website or record an automated message at their toll free number. It's nothing at all like customers don't mean sh!t to them.

Change operator.....on second thought all of them are also like that...haha

maxis also got some problem in call & mms.
sometime ok.. sometime not..
kadang kadang ok kadang kadang ngak ok..

It might b an unexpected connection failure....
plus it's still during Raya period they might have difficulty getting ample people n time to fix it right away...
anyway is it ok oledi now?

I think today nationwide issue...friend on 019 also got this problem.

celcom sucks.. the whole day can call out and cant receive call, sms pun kadang bole kadang tak bole.. d*mn frust with celcom. i was waiting for an important call today. i'm gona switch to maxis..

Yes, it was down since 12pm today at damansara area. Problem just fixed an hour ago at this area! Bad experience as missed a lot of important calls. Sigh..

Still now, I am being screwed by clients for not being able to reach me, I can neither call out. I was completely cutoff yesterday..............cant live w/o mobile phone nowaday.With lower call rate?

Celcom still has the lowest rates in my opinion. Our office switched from DiGi mainly because it was expensive and does not have 3G. My boss was also fed up with DiGi sending him reminder every other day to tell him he's reaching credit limit.

Celcom was good in the beginning. 3G was very fast. Now with hundreds of people signing up each day, it's slower than Streamyx at times.

The service was restored briefly last night but dropped again this morning, and restored just a moment ago. Another member (Poem) said he could regain service by switching off 3G service and just running on GSM. You might want to try that if you're still having problem.

Maybe need to switch to DiGi Campus plan.... RM2/day unlimited talk time

Last nite also can't call to Celcom number.... resorted to SMS

no wonder la kau register as Doctorate student kat UIA... nak guna DiGi Campus plan rupanya... :P

their 2G network are OK, most phone set prioritized to 3G network..
since 3G problematic then can't make call.. by switching it manually to 2G then it should be OK..
but still who will know? nobody telling you to do that..

itu DiGi campus plan applicable within campus area aje la.. all automated, dia detect which cell you are attached to during that time.. just show your univ student ID will do for the registration..

It is due to software error provided by Huawei to Celcom for free for 10 years and not the technical parts.
Plus Celcom let U Mobile, XOX, and others use the network too for a fee.

Digi, time to change. Maxis, always the smarter choice.

It was good back in June or July. Then I heard (from Celcom personnel) they were giving 50% discount to government servants so hundreds of people signed up each day and overwhelmed the network. Now Streamyx seems to be faster (than Celcom) and more reliable in my area.
