They provision on existing subscriber in stages since last week, official announcement will be later in oct.
Coverage area will be mainly Klang Valley, Penang & Kota Kinabalu.

I've commented on this before... For the time being DiGi subs can enjoy great speeds.. as broadband uptake for DiGi is at early stages... so less broaband users means more bandwidth per user...

boleh guna P2P download tak? maxis tak boleh!

tak silap aku P2P boleh... tapi timing 2am ker 4am jer cam tuh.. ada orang cakap ngan aku...

maxis can p2p but has cap on the usage.. if not mistaken 5G per month... after reach 5G, the download speed set to 64kbps. The speed will back to normal (best effort) on the following month and so on..

setakat open 2 jam sehari nak download apa ke benda? lain la kalau speed dia boleh pergi kaw-kaw..

mine only got 1G usage.. if later kena limit to 64kbps, nak buka lancerzone pun susah, leceh la ini macam!


now still have to rely on the maxis coz if want to terminate, got to pay rm200 for handling fee .. but if direct download, sometimes can get more than 100kbps, emm i still can live with that..

mana boleh P2P.. firewall dah set rules & it is standard telco firewall product features..

anybody with any telco, just be careful with your P2P download. your mobile info is available for them to carry any illegal download case to court if found by the content owner....
