it is not ur privilege to give the LGTC sticker to the person who will take over ur down payment...!!!! LGTC sticker are for members only specially the road tax sticker!!

my SA told me dat i cannot refund the money but can transfer the deposit to new buyer. hope he will find one soon as its not hard to find new buyer for brand new lancer GT. thx in advance for bro samuraiGT (my SA) for helping me out.

Negotiate wif ur SA.....when he got a new buyer just transfer urs to d new buyer....
ride colour can be different...just kautim wif ur SA, mayb pay him a bit for d extra work....

You can try going to the Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna. I went there for another case but the hearing before my case was the same situation like yours. The SA was ordered by the court to fully refund the deposit to the buyer, no questions asked. Good luck!
