Rules and Regulations:-

This activity is open exclusively to all LGTC official members.

Each member can enter only ONE(1) photograph per category.

The TWO(2) categories will be DSLR and POINT & SHOOT, camera phone is not acceptable.

The THEME is "moments during AG".

Each participant will submit their photo in JPEG without any photo processing to Koonx, Terion or Hotman before the event ends.

TEN(10) photos per category will be picked by a panel of independent judges. Judging criteria will be based on Creativity, Composition, Clarity and Colour. These photos will be posted up for LGTC members voting for a duration of SEVEN(7) days.

Copyrights of submitted photos will be retained by the photographer. We just reserve the right to repost the photos in LGTC forum.

There will be prizes awaiting for 1st and 2nd placing for each category. So, lets join, improve your photographic skills and win some bragging rights.

Koonx, what is DSLR n Point n Shoot?

DSLR means Digital single-lens reflex camera... normally u see those tat can change the camera lens ones are called DSLR loe...

POint n Shoot is a term we use for non-DSLR loe... u can't really change the lens of Point n Shoot like those in DSLR...

pls dun ask me wat is a phone/mobile camera...

bro koonx .. how can we differentiate between Point and Shoot camera and Phone camera ... nowadays .. some of the phone camera is much more better picture quality with a higher Mega pixel ..

P/s : i just have my own phone as my camera .. alarm ...... huhuhu

To submit the pix before the event ends.... which event? The photography contest dateline or the AG gathering?

yes yes I know the camera on some phones are very good... but u hv to show us ur "camera" during submission of the photos... if u camera can make a phone call... then u'll be disqualified.

But how? Meaning participants will have to get their flash drive ready and download the picture before the end of the event..... some will have to take along their laptop to the AG just to download the pix....

Just a little suggestion....Why not give participants a little more time to submit their picture?

Beagle... memory card readers will be prepared for all to upload photos... no worries.

we need it to be in original format... no processing allowed.

hmm ur right whitey... how come the cars all shrinked? eh koonx did u resize the photos following the correct ratio ar?

i know some cameras are not using standard 4:3 ration...

the original plan was to get an independent judge to select top 20 photos to be put to vote by members... but end up so few entries... so straight away members vote loe...

err... I resized them all same size 1200 X 900 keke

Some pictures will not b nice when u resized it wtout using original ratio. U should resized pixel according the ori ratio.
Some guys look fatter, some car look smaller...
