Here's my thoughts... speaking in general.

I dont understand what the fuss is about on this one. This is not a new announcement. The admins was just posting a reminder. Lancerzone has been an English forum since the first day it was created. It has also nothing to do with being proud of any particular language whether BM or chinese or about any freedom of speech. But sensing the need to be a little flexible the mods and admins have allowed people to talk a little rojak in Mamak. I think that's good enough.

When you go to a english forum you post "primarily" in english, when you go to a chinese forum you post in chinese and when you go to a BM forum, you post in BM. Lancerzone is an english forum from the start. By all means if someone wants to start a BM or chinese or tamil forum please go ahead and im sure terion would be happy to link to it. In the meantime we should be grateful that we have a forum sponsored for the club and abide by the guidelines. Cheers.

This is a site announcement....can we please threat it as such....so please stop with all these Hokkien/Cantonese/Javanese/Kelantanese/Urdu translations.....be it for fun or as a snide sideswipe.
