Looking at the picture, the wall was so thin... Agree with Ons.. Where the h*ll is the guard rails and how the h*ll did the building get approved without safety measures on a rooftop parking?

sad story. The building Architect and contractor

Luckily the car fell hanging in between escalators... otherwise if the car fell flat on ground, sure the roof will collapse and kill the driver instantly

like this also can happen.. 1st saw it at FB, thought it just a joke..

condolence to the victims family..
hope any lawyer can help his family they can sue the architect and that building contractor.. give lesson to all architect and that building contractor to be more responsible and think ahead to design and build safer building.

when i got the news, folks back home were hinting that the whole mall collapsed!

Not entirely the designer's fault! They designed the building as per the requirement...the owner is to be blamed!

i heard story, dont know tru o not.
= at roof top car park, that car actually not able to start the engine.. then they start the car by tolak the car, but masa they tolak, and the engine hidup in gear and the driver not able to stop it and terus slam that wall.

KB Mall closed for a period of time..........until those 'genius' architect and contractor figure out something.

One more shopping complex that awaiting disaster is the Parkson Grand..........I think whoever try to park their car in the rooftop knows why...........very challenging 'architecture design'.

if u go to parkson, near pasar besar siti khatijah, dont ever enter that parking lot... really2 dangerous..

alfatihah to both girls...I was there just few days b4 the incident.Also park at the rooftop.what i can say the parking there is messy/berterabur je keta parking.not like 1u or klcc.line pun takde.but its free.then there a lot of beam leftover.its like they are contructing another floor on top.I dont think there is enough space to push start a car..

The driver should be held responsible, what on earth to start the turbo car by pushing it? Its b8 turbo man, the root cause is the driver, if the driver is one experience enough, he should know to never push the car in that confined space.

One more thing, I dont see any steel together hardened the concrete, is it only based on concrete? I believe the concrete is hand made, not the one that that bought either from lafarge or other provider, that one not easily break cause it is mix with addictive to hardened the concrete.

i heard that the lady driver did not know how to drive the car. the car belong to male "driver" but car can not start, so he need to push the car and ask the lady to drive. Not sure how truth the story.
