Each member now own gallery now that they can upload any photos and can select which album to be shown and which not to be shown.

To upload photos to ur own gallery follow these instructions:

1. To access the Gallery, view the top right menu and click on gallery:

2. Then you will be taken to the Gallery, to start uploading, click on the "@" on the top left menu, then on the "Upload File" link

3. If this is your first time, no album has been created yet, so click on the create new album link.

4. This will take you the the album editor, click on "New" to create a new album.

5. Then in the text box, delete the default name of the album and type in your own album name.

6. Continue by clicking "Apply modifications" and click OK on the confirimation box.

7. Click continue will take u back to the main screen. Just follow the same steps as before to upload the file.

8. Now you will be shown the upload files page, just click on the "Choose" button to choose which file to be uploaded. You can NOW upload 10 files at one time.

9. If for any reason, the file upload failed, you will see this error:

*Note that the max size of each image that can be uploaded is 1MB.

10. If the files were uploaded successfully, you should see this:

Click on continue to go to the photo info editor.

11. Now each photo will be shown to u so that u can edit any title and description of the photo. This will appear for all the photos u uploaded.

12. Once all the photos are done, you will see this screen:

Clicking on continue will bring u back to the main screen of the gallery.

13. To access your new album, click on "@" then on "My Gallery"

14. The gallery will randomly pick a album cover from the photos u uploaded, to change it, click on "Properties"

15. Then just choose the photo u want to be used as the album's cover. You can also edit the title and description of the album here.

16. Most importantly now is to set the gallery whether its open to public or just the people u want.

17. If you want only selected members to access your album, set the "Album can be viewed by" to "Me Only". Then type in a password and a hint.

18. Now to show off your album, you need to copy and paste the link to the album and also the password (if u have set any). Click on "@" then on "My Gallery" from the top menu

19. Then right click on the album's title and copy the link to it.

20. Then all you have to do is post the link of the album in ur post together with the password, if any like this:

Important Info!

If u just upload without any password, can be seen by all registered users (normal members, gt/gls owners, etc) of the forum.

however if u put a password, and then post the password in a LGTC member only section, then only LGTC members will have access to it

uh... i couldnt upload anything to the gallery.

clicked on @ and there isnt any "upload file". maybe senior member cannot permission problem? senior already... old people cannot upload?

i spoofed the url, upload.php and it said "You don't have permission to perform this operation."

sorry about that freddie... since it was a new group i forgot to give it permissions in the gallery... try now.

terence, me either just noticed about it, 2day itchy wanted to try using the gallery but when click the '@' there isnt the upload file for me either....zzzz
