it is legal to use when the plate is not covered and illegal if it is covered.

my favorite trick for front plate while traveling out station is to cover with a plastic bag which will seem like sangkut while drving. rear plate no idea yet..

its better if it had a manual and auto in it.can cover manualy and auto cover when speed reach certain limits!
