he's drunk and the person who recorded this video pass this video to the myvi driver for police report, such an AH for the vios driver.

It's either that or he's having a 'good' time in his car, climax = lost control and hit the myvi. dangg

Hey, just wondering. Is the audio faster than the video? Cos the driver said 'P*ki! dah! dah kena...' even before the Vios whacked into the MyVi. But seriously pity the MyVi lah. Innocent innocent also kena from irresponsible buttholes like this!

if the fella is not drunk, most likely its intentional - to create accident. This is repeated on the lorry lane as well.

I tend to said like that when it is almost about to happen, but not yet happened, like a curse.

definitely drunk......to the point right before passing out.....

i've been in this situation before...most likely the driver was drunk. during that time, it happened in the morning from Alor Gajah - Ayer Keroh around 8.00am. (about 2 years back). I was on my way back to Batu Pahat from KL.

At that time, i saw a Proton Iswara Sedan moving around from left lane to right lane, zig zagging for a continues 5 minutes......me during that time couldn't dare to overtake the car coz was afraid that an accident would occured just like the Myvi.....

i just stay behind the Iswara until i noticed that there were 3 other vehicles who seems alert about the situation immediately try to help by 'escorting' the drunk Iswara driver in a safe route. One on his right (4x4 vehicle), one was infront and one was behind the car......slowly, the three vehicles 'escorting the Iswara' to the side lane. luckily nothing bad happened....

for me Malaysian citizens are a concern citizen (specially for those who have the knowledge n experience) n know how to handle the traffic situation in the right/proper way.....

thumbs up to those three driver who manage control the traffic and avoid any accident from happened.

well either DUI or failing asleep. Once awhile i will go outstation and will go back home at nite, on the highway can see lorries/cars swerving left and right (failing asleep). Usually will horn and flash first and quickly overtake them.

Practice defensive driving guys and if tired, change driver or stop at rest area. Be safe.

This is a very good example that goes with the saying "no matter how well you drive on the road or how mush you care about others, there's always that somebody who cares less"
