Normally I can reach ard 540km full tank (RON 97) but with VP 97 I can only reach 520km !
But the bonus is: more responsive ! Lighter foot provides the same effect on heavier foot :)

So far, my continuous usage of VP97 (because no more VPR in Melaka since introduction of VP97 in Malaysia) provides this feedbacks:
1) No difference in power delivery. Torque and gearchanges characteristics remain unchanged. Power delivery is smooth similar to feeding my ride with VPR.
2) Exhaust smell is different. VPR exhaust smell is pleasant. VP97 is ok but a relatively sharp to the nose.
3) FC significantly heavier with same light footed driving characteristics. My previous continuous usage of VPR provided me with 450km per full tank in mixed driving conditions before low fuel warning light comes on. VP97 only gives me 380 to 400km per full tank in similar driving conditions before fuel warning light comes on.
Conclusion, I don't mind going for either VP97 or VPR eventhough VP97 gives me lesser mileage. In any case, both are RON97 anyway. By my calculations, the cheaper priced VP97 is still more feasible for me to run on compared to VPR. What's more important, the VP97 is available throughout the whole of the country. Unlike VPR which was only available at major towns and cities prior to the launching of VP97 and hence the phasing out of VPR at all places except KV and JB. Hope the info helps fellow readers here

If this is so, this is good news indeed from Kyheng. Kyheng...we are looking forward with enthusiasm on officially documented facts supporting your post above.
