Penjaga parkir diisytihar bankrap
Tengoklah nanti macam mana. Mungkin cuba tukar peguam lain," katanya sambil menitiskan air mata.
Ditanya apakah tindakan polis selepas laporan dibuat, beliau berkata: "Polis cuma cakap mereka sedang siasat."
- Bernama

Everyday working folks will know that it is not so easy to get car loan amounting to RM160k+ without supporting docs. (payslip, Income tax form J etc) I am really interested to know who the heck is the bank officer who approved the loan and did the police invite him for TT in the police station.

We do not know for sure whether the culprits got away or not. But on how the loan got approved with a stolen IC, well that's the biggest question mark. Coming from a banking background, I'm pretty sure there are other documents to substantiate the loan application. Not just IC. But the work of an insider is highly probable in this case if you ask me. The bank itself should (or maybe have done) their internal investigation into this matter. Probably, the suspect has already been discharged from work...who knows.
Regarding the lawyer, that was the reason I mentioned Biro Bantuan Guaman. The bureau would help people in need of legal practioners services for free. If other lawyers unable to help her due to high work load or whatever, the bureau should come forward la....

i know abt the probono work that some lawyer do...but since this case is not so high profile and mostly involving poor people...why in the sane human mind nobody volunteer to help her... and banking instituition image surely tarnished by this case...if insider job pun...at least make a police report la involving your own staff...how would the makcik know that she apply loan ady with the stolen IC...i dunno la...but this case seem to highlight some issue regarding our corrupted society...especially the banking sector...this scared me...and i simply lost trust to banking institution in this country...kerana nila setitik, rosak susu sebelanga...TRUST ain't easy to gain/mend once it is broken...and to those culprit that did this to the poor makcik...i hope god will punish them and may they rot in h*ll...i'm d*mn p*ss off with this kind of oppression...

Ons...chill. I feel you...
I strongly believe the bank has already lodge a police report against the errant employees. Relax bro, we can make a difference if we despise corruption and all. But for you to lose trust on the banking institution, susah la bro. gaji kau pun masuk bank. Nak beli rumah pun pinjam kat bank. Nak beli lancer pun loan kat bank. Unless you bought all of them cash la.
OK now, let's not get too distracted too much...hehehe.

yeah, funny. without check properly send people for bankruptcy.
Bank should ask themselves how they able to loan out such amount base on makcik income, where are those supporting doc before loan approval.
Highly suspect internal job. Bank should should spend their money & energy to investigate their internal ppl and system instead of sue poor makcik.
