As for Immigration, without passport of course he cannot take his daughter out of the country the legal way. Unless you know...

My experience with immigration, they need a formal letter from a law enforcement agency to stop a person from entering or exiting M'sia. In this case, if you have strong reason to believe that he's going to take the poor girl out, you got to get the police to contact immigration ASAP.

As much as we feel pity for such situation, we don't really know what transpired. I think we should let the authorities or courts handle this. Only thing perhaps if the girl is really kidnapped and should anyone finds out where she is then let the police know. Otherwise both of them baik2 balik kita tersepit di tengah2. A matter of opinion only.

today latest info that I got is he already absconded his daughter to indonesia via stulang port in johor....as I believe his relatives is there...

what we can do is if anybody come accross that lancer....please do inform the police for further action....

I feel so sad to hear this news. I believe the father loves the child as much as the mother does and I really pray that the child is safe and eventually found. What a sad tragedy.
