well, SC can always says that the free gift is out of stock, late delivery from MMM or any reasons that they can come out with...so, we have better control if we were to send directly to the customers. some more, we dun have enough manpower to call up all the customers one by one...
as for the free gift, we'll consider your suggestion...

Hi ram,if you sent your car for free inspection and fill up th esurvey form, then you're entitled for the free gift...simple as that...

well i think it would help alot if ASMMM can post up, the breakdown n charges of servicing from 1000km to 100000km :)
all i know we're much much cheaper than H n T :) hehe

I got mine, with a Thank You card (for servicing at Mitsubishi SC)
It's metal keychain. Dont have it with me at the moment, else would have taken a pic of it
