I'm using MaxisIP4 while my daughter is using Digi IP4. I'm staying in Subang Jaya. Digi's signal is good, min 3 bars. Maxis signal is crap. 1 or 2 bars only. Is it the phone or the service provider?

That's funny. I'm on digi now (with htc desire) and i really hv to compromise on the call quality. It was ok with maxis previously. But maxis data plan suck big time.

Problem with call and data reception occurs after porting from one provider to another.
This will probably last a few months until the old provider migrates the user's profile to the new provider.

hahaha....aku nak cuba try test Android ni. So far experience is quite 50-50 on Mac.....maybe its much better on PC side. So all is not lost...might switch back to iOS4.2

why I say 50-50....it has hung 3 times today when connected to my Mac and trying to sync to music via DoubleTwist. Contact sync is a hassle....and bla bla bla. But maybe its all user fault...cos still newbie

IP has more applications than many other smart phones. No doubt about that. Currently Android has most of IP4 apps. No issue at all. There are pros and cons of each phone. Androids are for those who are tired of Steve Jobs' bla bla bla about things but keep on introducing ancient technology. Android offer open source system. Anyone can create any apps and offer them to android users without hassle. It can read flash :D

Back to topic, IP4 is a good phone....with limitations :p

Haha hardcore IP dah masuk. Android supports video call la wizi. U can do that with whitey. Only my HTC Desire yg belum ada. Tapi HTC support video call since almost 10 yrs ago. Apple baru start tahun ni ehhh? :p

hehehe....hehehe... actually i dont really bother about normal video call... the reason i changed to ip4 bcoz my ip2g d*mn slow already... served me right for over 3yrs... well, everybody got their own preference and both phones have its own strength & supporter... same as Lancer vs Civic vs Inspira... lol...

the diff in between the old gen of video call is, it uses GPRS network and also chargeable to your air time. and low tech type of video res.

for Facetime, once into it, no more charges at all. and since from Wifi, smooth lo. can cyber sex lagi, lol

The debate abt IP vs Android will never end la. Both has its strengths and weaknesses. Users know 'em. Only a matter of tolerance.

Fyi, android has close collaboration with htc. Htc will always be the lead compare to other brands. I can't remember the last time my phone hanged. Desire is really a stable phone of course with its own set of limitations. That's why i'm not surprise sean brought up the galaxy tab issue. Desire do not have sync problems.

Google abt htc sense ui and htcsense.com and u understand what i mean. "Making the phone you."

Hehe don't get me wrong guys. The BB is solely for messaging purpose. The guys has been harping on me to have one. Since there's an idle BB at home, I just plucked in a prepaid 50sen/day sim card and voila!!! But my BB hangs now. Too much messaging.
