As most of u knows, i am transfered to KL..PJ to be exact!!...so i need help to search a place to rent...as near as possible to PJ...Condo or nice apartment with allocated parking space...

My budget is around 1200 and below...but negotiable la depending to the situation...if u guys heard and seen any place to rent just call me at 012- 580 3911 (pyro)

Try Mudah.com.my. Plenty of condos and apt to rent near PJ.

I got a serviced apt (studio) available after 20th May but it's in the city centre. I doubt it'll be convenient for you.

bro, my brother got a unit of emerald apartment at damansara perdana available for rental but last time i heard is for rm1300 (just few days back).. currently there are 2 agents trying hard to get the customer for him, tak tau la dapat ke tidak..

My studio is Maytower hotel and serviced apts located in Jalan Munshi Abdullah. If you're single or with wife/gf/mistress, the unit is still OK. More than 2 person, the unit is too small.

To be honest, if you're working in PJ, I it's better you take a nearer spot. It actually takes 15mins from my place to reach PJ in the morning.. unfortunately, it takes 40mins (if jam 1 hour) for you to get home during after work hours. Very sien.

Bro, in PJ area not easy to get condo at low RM1k... unless you try rent a house. if u dun mind jam a little bit... you can try kelana jaya/ sunway/ subang jaya

log on to iproperty.com and do a search.U can key in ur budget/location/PF/FF,etc.... i'm sure you'll get it. AMCORP also has lotsa units bro...Good luck!

Semi furnished with 2 units A/conditioners, Sofa set, TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Stove Set and built in cupboards & wardrobes ,3 bed rooms apartment (1000sqf to be exact), 2 parking lots, 10 mins walk away from 1 Utama, 10 mins drive to Jalan 221.
