When out to get a birthday cake for my Elder Daughter.
Just passing NSCRC (Seremban), felt sudden jolt on my right hand side followed
by loud scratching sound...lol a Mazda Astina was scrapping on my rhs of the car.
Stopped my car and the Astina continue scrapping pass my rhs hitting my side mirror till my fender.
Got out and found my rhs scratched, turned to the Astina and an old hag got out yelling in Chinese.
Had an argument and she refuse to settle. She mentioned she is 50 years old and now the law well.
She also boasted she got her driving license at age of 15 (sure meh? I tought it was 18).
She started calling some no's and I quickly left the place worried about my 2 kids in the car to S2 Police station and made report. Police will issue summon to the Astina owner if no report within 24hrs.

Damage cost RM750.00 which will come out from my pocket.

just watch out for old hags (no offence meant).

How come you have to fix the car out of your own pocket...Can't u claim her insurance if find her at fault ??

I will take a picture of her car, and her, and video if possible. Just to show to the court that she hacked you!

I have taken pictures of the accident scene and the car state after the encounter.
Reported to police, trying to trace her insurance using the car no.
Any suggestion?

I had to get the cash out of my pocket first to repair the Civic since I drive it daily.
