Cruise around 160km then came one peaug 308 turbo give me high beam.
Damm car....
Give him a space and i cucuk him.hehehe

Fisrt 160km....170....180....190...200 ....210... dam it's to fast to caught this guy.

My advised don't cucuk this little car or u be loser like me...hehehe kalu ader toyol x pe...

That's not Bestari, if bestari is 207 maa..... Ni mesti Peug.308T modified condition punya. The standard Turbo is 1.6cc engine only. I bet dia pun kecut telor punya!

it's like challenging a cooper s. i'm sure u guys know mini cooper s also use peugeot engine nowadays??? not sure if it the same engine since cooper s use supercharge while 308t use turbo. but it guess the power is about the same...

if you are doing 210... the 308 turbo is doing 220-240km/h???

our 180 to 200 to 215 are quite slow & it take more time to the final no.. that's why we feel sweaty

Bestari 308T d*mn fast in the straight la..kena cucuked by one wira 1.5 stock and a 308T at its back in MEX last few week. Wira driver got all the balls to follow me ~170kmhr near Sri Petaling bends when i can see its tire like not touching ground :) Pug can't catch up. But when come to straight, Pug came to my back and stick like UHU gam..LOL

hahaha..really ka...lol...uhu gam tu...lalalala...my onli encounter with pug 308T...was during last genting sempah nite drive...lol...that one was cruising makan angin onli...lalalalalalaa...and the driver was club VVIP...dun ban me from club ok...thanks...

according to dupont... there are some CBU 308T (manual, and more HPs) in Malaysia... the one mentioned by Zool is the CKD version (4 speed auto)...

My colleague went and booked a 308T, apparently theres another higher spec. everything is the same except its packs 200bhp and 18" rims at 150k lolz

That's the GT version, 6 speed manual, 2 doors....so if you see a 308T with 2 doors, that's the one :)

really? didnt get a chance to drive one at high speed before....
the turbo has great feel during acceleration esp. in the mid range.

and a 308 owner once told me it tops out at 190 for the Turbo.

dupont, how's your experience comparing your previous ride to now?

It's all about power to weight ratio. The 308T even in its "basic" form is much lighter than our GT/GLS. Even if we pit a stock 308T against Bro Labu's ride, we will still lose out coz the 308T is significantly lighter than ours.

Nevertheless, we deeply appreciate Bro Abejoe's humbling experience At the end of the day, you had chosen safety above all else and that is the wise side of Bro Abejoe taking control of the situation. Based on Bro Abejoe's lesson to us all, I will for sure move aside and give way when I see a 308T flashing from behind I don't have the balls to keep up with a 308T in supersonic mode

But all is not lost...look at the bright side...MMC Group has formed strategic alliance with the PSA Group, right? So, all this will go into future Mitsubishi cars and may perhaps spark Mitsubishi's return to WRC stardom which the PSA group is currently enjoying via their Peugeot and Citroen brands

Not only 308T, whenever I was not rushing, I will drive middle lane to give way for those that are in hurry. Be understanding that some people will have emergency or need to rush to a place. When its my turn, traffic please give way lor.

i was following a white 308T (ckd one) on Mex highway. Was cruising and the car overtook me. I was speeding very hard, but at a fairly fast pace.

Cornering always manage to catch up with the car...but straightline and top speed was quite high. I was following approximately 180.

At the toll, i overtook to see who the driver was...was a hot chick wearing sunnies talking on the phone.

I share and fully agree with Bros 7th and BaSiKaL points. Please don't hog the outside lane when there is a vehicle that wishes to pass through. Except for those whom are egotistical, most fast drivers that tries to pass on the outside lane more often than not, genuinely have something or some emergency to rush to

No problem Bro Fick What you say is very right. Comparing the 308T against the EX is like comparing BMW M5 against a BMW F1 car...not a fair comparison/fight. But most of the time I cruise along the highway. That's why when I'm cruising along, whenever I see a car of any brand coming along fast from the rear, or flashing me from a distance away, I'll just move to the slower lane to let them through and continue on with my current pace...highway kita ni is not safe to sustain above 180kmh over long periods. The comfortable and safe speeds for our highways is anything between 120kmh to 160kmh. Beyond those speeds, short bursts is ok (such as in discharging my chores as advised by MMM above), but sustained driving is very dangerous and tiring.

So when any 308T comes into my path when I'm doing those chores/short bursts, more often than not, I'll end up overtaking and leaving them behind despite them in Supersonic mode. But when I'm cruising, jangan katakan 308T, motosikal kapchai pun can smoke me

Yaya ... there is one time you give way to me and andy after TT. Thats when your wife and kid is inside the car ! hahahaSafety first bro. Extra of 20km/h means u arrive to your destination just a few minits earlier only. But the amount of consumed petrol is big different wor. Follow my motto lar, "arrive safely in style" and the chick got it !

Went to Naza/Peuguot showroom just now after lunch, sadly, they don't have any Peugeot in the whole wide state of Melaka. No chance to test drive 308Turbo.
