I personally dont think if got $$$$ will go for EX, if got $$$$ go for GT, if got lots of $$$$ will go for Evo X, why got $$$$ then buy average thing while can get better? Dun say it is because spirit of modding, that just not make sense at all, add 3K more can get GT new facelift which has been tune for spirited driving, well at least.
I think this is for different market segment, uncle and aunty, buy and drive and relax, no need change anything.

I think I need to explain what I meant to avoid further confusion. Every car had their ECU setting based on stock dimension, size, length, weight, height ... etc. The same setting is important for the ABS, EBD, Airbag and other stuff to work properly. When we upgrade rims size, downgrade rims size, change lower suspension, offset wheel and other mod, we must bear in mind that it will affect the original setting. Defination of traction by wikipedia.
"a physical process in which a tangential force is transmitted across an interface between two bodies through dry friction or an intervening fluid film resulting in motion, stoppage or the tranmission of power"
When you lowered your car, you may gain more stability in cornering but something else is losing end. ie - your original suspension will feel more pressure. We can still mod our car, but not too far away from orignal setting lar. Safety first. Dont buy Lex and change the rim to 20". Hope everyone is clearer. Traction control is not some button to press and car perform better. Maybe I should just use the word traction only.

First time post here.... Was at the show room yesterday to have a look(planning to buy). But with the price difference of <rm5000, I will just get the GT version. Atleast the GT version's interior are black which is easier to maintain. And the salesman looks like want to sell the GT version more than the EX version.... Auto cruise might be good but I prefer the paddle shift which easily cost >rm3000. Changing player as per him won't void the warranty but then I'm not that sure how true will be his statements are.

If you think you can afford to pay monthly loan payment, just trade in your fake lancer as down payment.

^Yeah, thought of that too, but rm120k and rm105k won't different alot. Worst of all, I dump in 90% of my savings in housing loan last year because of low interest rate. Travelling daily PD-Seremban with the worst in class roads makes the car wear and tear faster.... Not that easy to maintain besides the loan installments. Better settle my house then only get the car. Less burden for me. Been 3 years no need to pay car loan which makes me not to change car.....
Even I want to buy, I still have to apply permit from my finance minister, that's the hardest part.

Well, using "ahmad" is based on last time the Malay movies that I watched when I was a kid... No intention to discriminate our Malay friends. But Ah Beng is more like short form for "dumb"
